Booking FAQ

What is your pricing?

- Check out our pricing guide HERE for pricing details.

The FIRSTSHOOT code isn't working for me!

- This code is valid only for your first booking with us. 


- Make sure that you have selected a package that includes drone photos; Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond packages. 


- This promotion does not apply to "Drone Photos Only"

Who needs to be present at the shoot?

- Just your photographer and their camera!


- It is most efficient to have less people on the property.  

How many photos will I receive?

- We don't deliver a specific amount of photos. We'll take as many as necessary to fully show off the home, giving you the option to pick your favorites.  

When will I get the photos back?

- Within 24 hours of your shoot. 

What areas do you shoot?

- All of central Indiana and surrounding suburbs. 


- Anything outside of this range may incur a travel fee. 


- If you are unsure if you're listing is out of our range, give us a call or email to verify. 

The interior isn't ready, but we want exteriors ASAP!

- Not a problem! We can always shoot exterior and interior photos on different days. 


- You will need to book two separate shoots. 

Do you offer 2D Floor plans?

- Yes, 2D floorplans are included with our 360 Tours. 

Do you shoot commercial spaces?

- We do! For any commercial property, or residential homes over 9,000 square feet, please email Randy at @rsurette@propertyexpressionsindy.com


Day of FAQ

What if it rains on the day of my shoot?

- Not a problem! We shoot rain, or shine!


- Drone photos may need to be rescheduled in heavy rain. Your photographer will contact you if this is the case. 

I need my photos TODAY!

- Understandable, this industry moves fast! Call or email us about same day delivery if you did not select it on your order form. 

What if my clients aren't ready on the scheduled day?

- Happens all the time, photos are a lot to prepare for! Give us a call and we'll postpone your shoot for a better time. 


- Photoshoots cancelled on the day of the shoot will incur a same-day cancellation fee. Let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule your shoot. 


Post Shoot FAQ

How do I pay?

- Invoicing will come via email from Cornerstone Inspection Services after you receive the photos.


- We do not collect payment on the Aryeo site. 

We have painted / staged / moved some things around and I need a reshoot!

- We are happy to revisit a property for some updated photos! 


- Reshoots require another booking.
